2.2 Thift services are intended for personal and lawful use only. Users agree not to use the platform for any fraudulent or illegal activities.

3. Use of Service

3.1 Account Registration: Users may need to create an account to access certain features of the platform. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and are liable for all activities conducted under their account.

3.2 Purchases: By purchasing a gift card, you agree to provide accurate payment and personal information. Thift reserves the right to verify transactions and decline orders deemed suspicious or fraudulent.

3.3 Gift Usage: Gift are redeemable only with participating merchants as specified at the time of purchase. Thift is not responsible for the actions, products, or services of these merchants.

4. Limitations and Restrictions

4.1 Non-Refundable: Unless otherwise stated, all gift purchases are final and non-refundable. Users should review terms associated with specific gift prior to purchase.

4.2 Expiration: Gifts will not expire except in the case of account closure; where gifts are refunded or transmitted.

4.3 Lost or Stolen Accounts: Thift is not liable for lost, stolen, or misused gifts. Users should treat gifts as they would cash.

8.1 Thift reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts at its sole discretion if it suspects fraudulent or prohibited activity, or for any breach of these Terms and Conditions.

8.2 Users may terminate their account at any time by contacting Thift’s customer support. Termination does not absolve users of outstanding obligations.
